"EMBLEM" - now available on Bandcamp, iTunes and Spotify

Review from UK Vibe

"...what is more surprising, is the sheer class that shines through on this recording. Not just his undoubted skill as a soloist, but perhaps more notably, his compositional talent combined with a genuine, raw and unadulterated desire to bring joy with the music he makes. Rarely have I heard a debut that is just so…skillful. The fiery solos mixed with intricate and intense musicianship stand up and stand out as something quite incredible..."

Review from Nextbop

"...original compositions that show great promise for a young musician. This could be the starting point of a promising career if the creative spark here with Hamdan and these fellow musicians remain just as driven..."

His music is spellbinding, courageous, and above all, joyful. With the right label and support he could in time be releasing music that not only gets listened to by thousands the world over, but also receives huge critical acclaim to go with it." - UK Vibe Magazine
"Outstanding, talented musicians like Aleif not only enrich our own experiences as artists when we collaborate, but also inspire us to challenge ourselves and create incredible works of art. Aleif truly represents the ideal artist not only as a performer, composer and arranger, but also an artist who understands the importance of giving back." - Annette Philip
"With his exceptional talent, pleasant attitude and a willingness to work hard, there is no doubt in my mind that he will make a mark here." - Prasanna

Aleif Hamdan Group

What started in 2015 as the supporting band for the EP, "Emblem", the band has grown to become an active performance unit, gaining critical acclaim and international attention.

""Emblem” is a jazz-blues-rock fusion album that incorporates the guitarist’s love for worldwide music in general. What is more surprising, is the sheer class that shines through on this recording. Not just his undoubted skill as a soloist, but perhaps more notably, his compositional talent combined with a genuine, raw and unadulterated desire to bring joy with the music he makes." - UK Vibe Magazine

Jesse Colin Young Band

For 50 years Jesse Colin Young (of The Youngbloods fame) has been singing songs about peace, relationships and the environment. From his folk days in Boston and his first record, Soul Of a City Boy, he has articulated and recorded the tumultuous times of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s to the present, while reminding us that it is all about family, community and the precious natural world we live in. His musical style is now considered Americana, but in fact it's his unique fusion of jazz, blues, folk and rock with an emphasis on his extraordinary voice that makes his signature sound.

Rini

Leading an international cadre of musicians, New York based, Chennai born singer, composer and violinist Harini “Rini” Raghavan creates her own version of Indian electronica. Rini has released three EP's worldwide - 'Kural', 'Alone in the Blue' and ‘Maya’ - on Spotify, Google Play, Amazon and other digital outlets to critical acclaim, including a feature in Rolling Stone India, New York Music Daily, Republic of Jazz and New India Times.

"Dazzling stuff that blows open your mind as well as your ears, this hyper textured set is all the world beat you ever wanted all at once---and sounding good instead of like a mish mosh." - Midwest Record
